Week 1 Check In

#CheckIn Week 1 of the 4 Week Mental Wellbeing Program is underway  


Went on a 30-minute Mindful Walk last night along the river. Spotted a Kookaburra and later in the evening, an Owl!

How are you going with Week 1 so far? Have you tried the Meditation, Mindful Walk or Yoga yet?
