Our 4 Week Mental Wellbeing Program is a proactive approach to building good mental health. This program is based on the science of Positive Psychology and specifically focuses on Mindfulness-based Interventions which are one component we prescribe from our toolkit to build your Mental Wellbeing. Studies have consistently shown positive effects of such interventions on lowering stress, anxiety and depression symptoms. The tools we provide you with can be integrated into your lifestyle and schedule. Each week, you’ll have the freedom to choose: > The days and times that work best for you. > How often per week to engage in these exercises. > The length of each practice. We run quarterly intakes and have made this program available online so this can be easily accessible from home to fit into your schedule, alongside opportunities to attend sessions in-person.
