Mental Health Mallee host events and sessions with a focus on building Mental Wellbeing for individuals, groups, workplaces, organisations and communities.

“The VicHealth Panel Discussion was fun-packed with great speakers who inspired me to think outside the box.” (Gabrielle McDonald)

Podcast

MHM Podcast will feature stories of local people with lived experience and stories of local organisations who are leading mental health initiatives of working in areas that contribute to good mental health. The MHM Podcast will be a hub of modern mental health and wellbeing conversations. We hope to build a better tomorrow by creating an open-source resource for wider audiences across the Northern Mallee Region.

“Mental wellbeing is the state of thriving, not just surviving, in various areas of life, such as relationships, work, play, and more, despite ups and downs. It's not just the absence of mental illness.”
