MHM is a mental wellbeing initiative leading community events, programs and a podcast.
Our initiative is embedded in Positive Psychology, the science of well-being, harnessing an asset-based community approach.

Programs
Our 4 Week Mental Wellbeing Program is a proactive approach to building good mental health. The tools we provide you with can be integrated into your schedule with the freedom to choose where you undertake the program. You will be guided by facilitators Jo Marie, Carlo Cirillo, and Andrea Dalton.
Events
Mental Health Mallee host events and sessions with a focus on building Mental Wellbeing for individuals, groups, workplaces, organisations and communities.

Podcast
MHM Podcast will feature stories of local people with lived experience and stories of local organisations who are leading mental health initiatives of working in areas that contribute to good mental health. The MHM Podcast will be a hub of modern mental health and wellbeing conversations. We hope to build a better tomorrow by creating an open-source resource for wider audiences across the Northern Mallee Region.
